Resignation of Group CFO

The Board of Green Cross Health Limited (GXH) wishes to advise that Steve Browning, Group CFO, has resigned after three years with the Company. Steve is committed to working closely with the Group CEO and the Board to ensure an orderly transition. In his three years with the Group Steve has worked closely with the CEO's of each division to drive growth and improve efficiency. The Board appreciates the role he has played in not only leading the finance and other support functions but also in supporting the strategic direction of the Group.
