Meridian announces new Chief Financial Officer

Meridian Energy today announced that Mike Roan has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, effectively immediately. Mike will assume the role of General Manager Finance and Strategy and will have accountability for the finance, strategy and ICT functions at Meridian. "We are thrilled to be able to appoint Mike to the role of Chief Financial Officer. His background, including experience as Meridian's General Manager Wholesale Markets, along with his Masters degree in Finance, means he is very clearly equipped to take on the role," said Meridian's Chief Executive Officer, Neal Barclay.
