Update on acquisition of China Joint Venture

Comvita (NZX:CVT) announced today that further to our announcement of 10 April 2019, the parties have extended the conditional date from 30 April 2019 to 31 May 2019 (with further provision to extend this date by agreement). The transaction remains conditional upon the following material conditions: o Confirmatory due diligence to be completed to Comvita's satisfaction; o Compliance with all legal requirements; o Issuance of an updated Business Licence for the JV; o Confirmation of the continuation of all material contracts of the JV.
