NZK appointment of director

2 May 2019 NZ King Salmon appoints new director The Board of New Zealand King Salmon Investments Limited (NZX and ASX: NZK) is pleased to advise the appointment of Mr Lai Po Sing as a non-executive director, effective 1 May 2019. Mr Lai is a director of China Resources Ng Fung Limited, which holds a 9.96% shareholding in NZ King Salmon. Mr Lai is also the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of China Resources Enterprise, Limited. In accordance with Listing Rule 2.7.1, Mr Lai will retire from office at the next Annual Shareholders' Meeting and will be eligible for election at that meeting. Additionally, in accordance with Listing Rule 2.6.1 the Board has determined that Mr Lai is a non-independent director of NZ King Salmon.
