NZX/ASX and Media Release Change in Senior Manager 3 May 2019 Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.20.1, Heartland Group Holdings Limited (NZX: HGH) and Heartland Bank Limited (NZX: HBL) (together, Heartland) are pleased to advise that Cherise Barrie has been appointed to the role of Chief Financial Officer, subject to Reserve Bank of New Zealand confirming its non-objection to this appointment. Cherise is a Chartered Accountant with significant financial service and executive experience, having held executive positions at Westpac New Zealand Limited, Health Alliance NZ Limited and Sovereign Limited and senior roles with ANZ Bank. She was also a director on many of the subsidiary company boards of both Westpac and Sovereign. Cherise is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand and the Institute of Directors. She is a passionate advocate of women in business, being a member of Global Women and previously a Director and Treasurer for Dress for Success in Auckland.
