Q1 Dividend

Q1 DIVIDEND Property for Industry Limited (PFI) is pleased to announce a first quarter dividend of 1.8000 cents per share. The PFI Board has today resolved to pay a first quarter cash dividend of 1.8000 cents per share, in line with the dividend paid for the same period in the prior year. The dividend will have imputation credits of 0.6056 cents per share attached and a supplementary dividend of 0.2748 cents per share will be paid to non-resident shareholders. The record date for the dividend is 15 May 2019 and the payment date is 24 May 2019. The dividend reinvestment scheme will not operate for this dividend.
