NZX Listing Rules Transition

15 May 2019 CONTINUOUS DISCLOSURE STATEMENT Sanford Limited advises that it intends to comply with the NZX Listing Rules dated 1 January 2019 (New Listing Rules) from 22 May 2019. As a result Sanford will be completing its half-year reporting in accordance with the New Listing Rules. Sanford intends to release its half-year Results Announcement, which will include the unaudited interim financial statements and a half year results presentation, prior to market opening on Thursday 23 May 2019. The Results Announcement will be available on both NZX's website (www.nzx.com) and Sanford's website (www.sanford.co.nz). In accordance with the New Listing Rules, Sanford will no longer send electronic or printed copies of its Interim Report to its shareholders.
