GENESIS ENERGY ANNOUNCES EXECUTIVE APPOINTMENT AND PORTFOLIO REALLOCATION Genesis Chief Executive Officer, Marc England, has announced a portfolio reallocation amongst the Executive team. The shift in responsibilities is designed to enhance their skillsets and build a multi-disciplinary team to create opportunities for individual development while meeting evolving business priorities. - Tracey Hickman has been appointed to the new role of Executive General Manager Retail Operations. - Nigel Clark has been appointed to the new role of Executive General Manager Wholesale Operations & Kupe JV. - Shaun Goldsbury is a new internal appointment to the Executive, in the role of Executive General Manager Wholesale Markets. - James Magill continues with his existing responsibilities, but now as Executive General Manager Retail Markets. - Chris Jewell continues as CFO and will assume additional responsibility for Strategy Development as CFO and Executive General Manager Strategy.
