NZX announces sale of FundSource

NZX has entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement with Zenith Investment Partners in respect of the sale of its FundSource business. The sale price is confidential (although it is not material) and the transaction is expected to settle during May 2019. NZX will work with Zenith to ensure a seamless transition for all customers.
