Director Appointment and Chief Financial Officer Resignation Cooks Global Foods Limited (CGF) is delighted to announce the appointment of Paul Elliott to the CGF Board. The CGF Board has determined that Mr Elliott is an Independent Director in accordance with NZX Listing Rule 2.6.1. Paul Elliott Mr Elliott has a strong financial background and has served as a Director of both publicly listed and privately held companies. He has held a number of senior executive positions including Chief Financial Officer with major New Zealand corporates. For nine years he was a Partner in a professional services firm providing advisory services to corporates and high net worth individuals in the corporate finance and business recovery sectors. More recently, he served as Chief Executive of a finance company providing funding to both personal borrowers and small to medium sized businesses. Mr Elliott is a former Director of Bendon Limited, Pacific Retail Group Limited and Living & Giving Limited. He is a current Director of Elliott Capital Advisors Limited, Agribusiness Investments NZ Limited and Time Capital NZ Limited. He has also served on audit, remuneration, and investment committees. It is expected that Mr Elliott will chair the audit and risk committee at CGF. Scott Pearson CGF regret to announce the resignation of Scott Pearson as Chief Financial Officer. Mr Pearson is going to focus on his consulting projects and governance roles. Mr Pearson first joined CGF in November 2018 providing temporary Chief Financial Officer cover. He will continue to be available to CGF on a casual basis. CGF will commence the recruitment of a new Chief Financial Officer in due course.
