Richard Perry Appointed Director

announce@nzx.com 31 May 2019 Director Appointment - Richard Perry Allied Farmers (Allied Farmers, NZX: ALF) is pleased to announce that the ALF Board has appointed Richard Perry as a director of ALF with effect from 1 June 2019. Richard has a strong knowledge and experience of the agribusiness, finance and technology sectors. He has previously held senior finance and executive roles for over 20 years at the Reserve Bank of New Zealand, Landcorp Farming and Callaghan Innovation and has been a Technical Advisor to the International Monetary Fund. He is currently a member of the External Reporting Advisory Board As an experienced company director he has acted for several company boards for over 10 years across the agritech, property and food and beverage sectors including start-ups, mergers and established companies. Richard is currently Director of Business Applications for Rocket Lab. His qualifications include B Com (Hons) and he is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and Certified Treasury Professional. The Board has determined that Richard is an independent director. Richard will stand for election at the 2019 Annual Meeting, with the full endorsement of the Board.
