MCK: Renewal Management Lease for Grand Millennium Auckland

Subject RENEWAL OF MANAGEMENT LEASE FOR GRAND MILLENNIUM AUCKLAND CDL Hospitality Trusts and Millennium & Copthorne Hotels New Zealand Limited (through a wholly owned subsidiary) advises that the management lease of Grand Millennium Auckland ("GMA") has been renewed for a further three year term from September 2019. GMA is the largest hotel in New Zealand, with 452 rooms.
