NZAX ANNOUNCEMENT 11 June 2019 Migration Announcement Southern Charter Financial Group Limited (NZAX: SNC) advises that it intends to migrate its listing from the AX market to the NZX Main Board. SNC's last day of listing on the AX market will be 19 June 2019. SNC anticipates that its ordinary shares will commence trading on the NZX Main Board at 10 a.m on 20 June 2019. As a result of this migration, SNC will be required to comply with the NZX Listing Rules dated 1 January 2019, from 20 June 2019. On behalf of the Board.
