Migration to NZX

Migration to NZX Cooks Global Foods Limited (CGF) advises that it intends to migrate its listing from the NZAX market to the NZX Main Board. CGF's last day of listing on the NZAX market will be 21 June 2019. CGF anticipates that its ordinary shares will commence trading on the NZX Main Board at 10 am on 24 June 2019. As a result of this migration, CGF will be required to comply with the NZX Listing Rules dated 1 January 2019, from 24 June 2019.
