TRANSITION TO NEW NZX LISTING RULES Vista Group International Limited (NZX & ASX: VGL) advises that it intends to comply with the NZX Listing Rules dated 1 January 2019 from 24 June 2019. The constitution approved by shareholders at Vista Group's Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on 29 May 2019 will be adopted as the constitution of Vista Group from that date.
