General Capital to migrate to NZX Main Board

General Capital Limited (GEN) advises that it intends to migrate its listing from the NZAX market to the NZX Main Board. GEN's last day of listing on the NZAX market will be 30 June 2019. GEN anticipates that its ordinary shares will commence trading on the NZX Main Board at 10 a.m. on 1 July 2019. As a result of this migration, GEN will be required to comply with the NZX Listing Rules dated 1 January 2019, from 1 July 2019.
