Tuesday, 18 June 2019 Employee Incentive Scheme The Board of Directors has approved an employee incentive scheme designed to encourage and incentivise certain employees by providing them with an equity interest in one of the Group's subsidiaries, The Warehouse Group Investments Limited (TWGI). TWGI is developing a new digital platform for the Group's customers. Details of the employee incentive scheme are contained in the attached 'Capital Change Notice'.
