Results of annual meeting

The annual meeting of Kiwi Property shareholders was held at Sylvia Park in Auckland today. Shareholders were asked to vote on three resolutions, which were all supported by the Company's board. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll. Shareholders passed all three resolutions. Detail of the total number of votes cast in person or by a proxy holder are as follows: 1. That Mary Jane Daly be re-elected as a director of the Company.
