20 June 2019 NZ King Salmon appoints new director The Board of New Zealand King Salmon Investments Limited (NZX and ASX: NZK) is pleased to advise the appointment of Mr Chiong Yong Tiong as a non-executive director, effective 19 June 2019. Mr Tiong is a director of Oregon Group Limited, which holds a 40.14% shareholding in NZ King Salmon. In accordance with Listing Rule 2.7.1, Mr Tiong will retire from office at the next Annual Shareholders' Meeting and will be eligible for election at that meeting. Additionally, in accordance with Listing Rule 2.6.1 the Board has determined that Mr Tiong is a non-independent director of NZ King Salmon.
