BFW Notice of Migration to Main Board

Burger Fuel Worldwide Limited (BFW) advises that it intends to migrate its listing from the NZAX market to the NZX Main Board. BFW's last day of listing on the NZAX market will be 30th June 2019. BFW anticipates that its ordinary shares will commence trading on the NZX Main Board at 10 a.m on Monday the 1st July 2019. As a result of this migration, BFW will be required to comply with the NZX Listing Rules dated 1 January 2019, from the 1st July 2019.
