Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Friday, 28 June 2019 Subject: Snakk Media Limited (in liquidation) (SNK) - Migration Message: NZX Regulation advises that Snakk Media Limited (in liquidation) (SNK) will migrate its listing from the NXT Market to the NZX Main Board. SNK's last day of listing on the NXT Market will be Friday 28 June 2019. SNK's ordinary shares will remain in suspension following migration to the Main Board. The migration to the NZX Main Board is subject to the condition that SNK provide the market with an update regarding the continuation of its listing, in a form agreed by NZX, by no later than 31 July 2019 (Announcement Condition). The purpose of the Announcement Condition is to ensure that the market receives information about SNK's intentions regarding its listing status, and therefore that SNK does not remain in a suspended state indefinitely, without the market receiving that additional information. Should SNK not satisfy the Announcement Condition, it will be delisted and its last day of listing on the NZX Main Board will be 31 July 2019.
