Infratil Limited advises that the Company's 2019 Annual Meeting will be held at 2.30pm on Thursday, 22 August 2019 in the Crystal Ballroom, Cordis Hotel, 83 Symonds Street, Auckland. Infratil Limited also advises that, for the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, the period for the nomination of Directors opens today and will remain open until 5:00pm (New Zealand time) on Friday, 26 July 2019.
