Snakk Media Limited (in liquidation) – Announcement to NZX

SNAKK MEDIA LIMITED (in LIQUIDATION) Following the appointment of Liquidators over Snakk Media Limited (in Liquidation) ("SNK") the Liquidators sought expressions of interest from parties who may be interested in acquiring the SNK listing on the NZX for purposes of a reverse takeover. Negotiations commenced with one party who indicated a willingness to make such an acquisition and that process has now been commenced. The process requires a number of legal and compliance formalities to be completed and those steps have been commenced by the potential investor. The process requires NZX approval and at this stage there is no certainty of the successful conclusion of the proposed transaction. Subject to the completion of certain of the compliance requirements, communication will be sent to the existing SNK shareholders in due course.
