Cooks appoints new CFO; annual report delayed – Amended

Please see attached the amended announcement from 31 July 2019 which announced the appointment of Cooks Global Foods (NZX.CGF) new Chief Financial Officer and the delay in filing CGF's annual report. The announcement released yesterday has been amended to remove reference to the relocation of 90 Seconds to Singapore and Richard Chew maintaining an advisory role with 90 Seconds.
