Annual Report Update Cooks Global Foods (NZX.CGF) announces that it is now finalising its 2019 audit and expects to release its 2019 annual report pre-market open tomorrow morning. No material adjustments to the preliminary results for the 2019 financial year have been identified with only some small adjustments made that are non-cash in nature and will therefore have no material impact on the group's funding position. CGF expects that the audit report in the annual report will be qualified. It is likely that this will be on the basis of the going concern assumption and give rise to a disclaimer of opinion.
