NZX & ASX RELEASE 16 AUGUST 2019 CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY Summerset advises that current Deputy CFO and Company Secretary, Leanne Walker, has resigned with an effective date of 16 August 2019. Robyn Heyman, who joined the business in 2018, will take on the responsibilities of this role as Head of Legal and Company Secretary, effective on the same date.
