GENESIS ENERGY 2019 ASM, DIRECTOR INTENTION TO RETIRE AND DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS Genesis Energy Limited (GNE) announces that Joanna Perry has advised the Company of her intention to retire as a Director of Genesis at the conclusion of the Company's upcoming Annual Shareholder Meeting. Barbara Chapman, Genesis Chairman, said the Genesis Board would like to thank Joanna for her contribution. "Joanna joined Genesis Energy in 2007 and is the longest serving Director on the Company's Board. Joanna has made a substantial contribution to Genesis during a period of significant change in both the Company and the sector. She has played a valuable role during the reshaping of the Company's strategic direction and the move into a listed environment." The Annual Shareholder Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 16 October 2019, commencing at 10.00am, in the Level 4 Lounge, South Stand, Eden Park, Reimers Avenue, Mt Eden, Auckland. The Company also advises that the closing date for Director nominations is Monday, 2 September 2019. All nominations must be received by 5.00pm on the closing date. Nominations must be made by a security holder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting, and be accompanied by the consent in writing of the person nominated.
