Enprise Group Limited (“ENS”) – Suspension Lifted

Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Tuesday, 20 August 2019 Subject: Enprise Group Limited ("ENS") - Suspension Lifted Message: NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises that Enprise Group Limited ("ENS") has now provided to NZX its Annual Report. Rule 3.6.1 of the NZX Listing Rules dated 1 January 2019 requires issuers to release an annual report within 3 months after the end of each financial year. As part of the migration from the NZAX, NZX Regulation granted a class waiver that allowed NZAX issuers to take advantage of the longer reporting time periods in the NZAX Rules for the transitional period. As a result, ENS could rely on NZAX Listing Rule 10.5.1 to release its Annual Report on or before Wednesday, 31 July 2019. NZXR advises that the ENS suspension will be lifted and trading in ENS ordinary shares will resume at 12:39pm, 20 August 2019.
