Notice of Dividend

The Downer Board resolved to pay a final dividend of AU14 cents per share, 50% franked, payable on 2 October 2019 to shareholders on the register at 4 September 2019. The unfranked portion of the dividend (50%) will be paid out of Conduit Foreign Income. The company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) remains suspended and will not operate for this dividend.
