FY20 First Quarter Dividend

Investore Property Limited (Investore) has today announced a cash dividend for the first quarter (1 April 2019 to 30 June 2019) of the financial year ending 31 March 2020 (FY20) of 1.90 cents per share to be paid on 13 September 2019 to all shareholders on the register at the close of business on 6 September 2019 (i.e. the record date). This dividend will carry imputation credits of 0.510549 cents per share. A supplementary dividend of 0.231700 cents per share will be paid to non-resident shareholders. The Board confirms guidance for an annual cash dividend of 7.60 cents per share to shareholders for FY20.
