AGM Notice of Meeting

Dear Shareholder Notice of Meeting Australian Foundation Investment Company Limited advises that there is a typographical error in its Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on Tuesday 8 October 2019. The error arose due to an administrative oversight in the printing and production process. Resolutions 4 and 5 (relating to the election of Ms Dee-Bradbury and Mr Williams) are in one instance incorrectly referenced as resolutions 3 and 4. The correct numbering of these resolutions is used in the Proxy Form, the Explanatory Notes and the headings to these resolutions in the Notice of Meeting.
