Amended Constitution

AFT Pharmaceutical shareholders recently approved the adoption of the attached revised constitution. The constitution was amended to reflect changes required under the recently amended NZX Listing Rules (dated 1 January 2019). As an ASX foreign exempt listed issuer, AFT Pharmaceuticals is required to file any amendments to its constitution with the ASX and, accordingly, is also filing the revised constitution with NZX.
