9 September 2019 NZX ANNOUNCEMENT TOURISM HOLDINGS LIMITED (thl) DIRECTOR RESIGNATION Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.20, thl advises that director Kay Howe has decided to step down from her role as a director at the 2019 Annual Shareholders' Meeting. As previously announced on 27 August, director Graeme Wong has also decided to step down from his role at the 2019 Annual Shareholders' Meeting. Both Kay and Graeme are long standing directors who have made valuable contributions to thl over that time. thl and the Board will take the opportunity to thank Kay and Graeme for their respective contributions at the Annual Meeting. As thl presently has eight directors, we do not have any intention to replace either Kay or Graeme with other directors. thl's 2019 Annual Shareholders' Meeting will be held at 2.00pm at the Robert Laidlaw room at the Heritage Hotel, 35 Hobson Street, Auckland on Wednesday 23 October 2019.
