10 September 2019 THE WAREHOUSE GROUP LIMITED 2019 Annual Meeting and Director Nominations The Warehouse Group Limited advises that its Annual Meeting will be held in Auckland at the Ellerslie Convention Centre on Friday, 22 November 2019. The time and other details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting to be sent to all shareholders. The closing date for director nominations is Friday, 27 September 2019. All nominations must be received by 5.00pm NZT on the closing date. Nominations must be made by a security holder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting, and be accompanied by the consent in writing of the person nominated.
