Conversion to ASX Foreign Exempt Listing Status

KATHMANDU HOLDINGS LIMITED ASX / NZX / MEDIA ANNOUNCEMENT 18 September 2019 KATHMANDU HOLDINGS LIMITED CONVERTS TO ASX FOREIGN EXEMPT LISTING STATUS Kathmandu Holdings Limited (the "Company") has converted its admission category on the ASX from an ASX Listing to an ASX Foreign Exempt Listing, taking effect from the commencement of trading on Thursday 19th September 2019. The change means that the Company will primarily be regulated by its home exchange, NZX, and it is exempt from complying with most of the ASX's Listing Rules. The Company continues to have a full listing on the NZX Main Board and to be listed on the ASX. The change in admission category does not affect shareholders' ability to trade their shares on the ASX and the Company's ASX ticker code, KMD, will remain the same.
