Approved Amended Constitution

As previously announced, the shareholders of NZME Limited (NZX:NZM, ASX:NZM) ("NZME") have approved amendments to NZME's constitution. In accordance with the ASX listing rules applicable to ASX Foreign Exempt Listed issuers, NZME now attaches a copy of the amended constitution for formal release through ASX and NZX.
