Seeka Announces Strike Price for Dividend Reinvestment Plan

Seeka Limited (NZX: SEK) advises that the price at which shares will be issued under the Seeka Limited Dividend Reinvestment Plan for the dividend payable on 9 October 2019 has been set at NZ$4.7671 per share. The issue price was calculated on the basis of the volume weighted average sale price for all SEK shares sold on the NZX over the period 12 September 2019 to 2 October 2019, less a 2.0% discount. Shareholders who have elected to participate in the DRP will receive shares instead of cash in respect of the dividend payable on 9 October 2019. The new shares will rank pari passu with existing shares on issue as at the date of their issue.
