New Southern Cross Hospital Confirmed for Queenstown

NZX listed Arvida Group welcomes the announcement today by Central Lakes Trust and Southern Cross Hospitals confirming that their joint venture will invest in a new surgical hospital to be located in Queenstown known as Southern Cross Central Lakes Hospital. The site of the hospital has been confirmed as land adjoining Arvida's Queenstown Country Club. "The new hospital will deliver much needed amenity to the Queenstown-Lakes district, further adding to an improved aged care offering that is planned for Queenstown," said Mr McDonald.
