STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT 15 October 2019 UPDATE TO COMMERCE COMMISSION TIMETABLE ON DRAFT INPUT METHODOLOGIES Today the Commerce Commission advised Chorus that it is delaying the release of its draft decisions to create input methodologies for fibre. The Commerce Commission has advised that it now intends to publish: - its draft decisions reasons paper on Tuesday 19 November (previously expected on 5 November); then - the draft determination that gives effect to its draft decisions by 11 December 2019.
