18 October 2019 Erratum to Notice of Meeting - Explanatory Notes to Resolution 2 The Notice of Meeting for NZ King Salmon's (NZX and ASX: NZK) upcoming Annual Shareholders' Meeting contained an error in the explanatory notes to resolution 2. Mr Tomakin Lai is a non-executive non-independent director. In the Notice of Meeting he was incorrectly noted as an independent director.
