Postponement of Annual Meeting

23 October 2019 NZX ANNOUNCEMENT TOURISM HOLDINGS LIMITED (thl) POSTPONEMENT OF ANNUAL MEETING TODAY thl advises that the 2019 Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Tourism Holdings scheduled to be held at The Heritage Hotel, 35 Hobson Street, Auckland at 2pm on Wednesday 23 October 2019 has been postponed and will no longer be held today, due to the ongoing fire in the Auckland Central Business District. The Heritage Hotel is in the immediate vicinity and Fire and Emergency NZ has advised that people should stay away from the immediate area. We have decided not to hold a virtual annual meeting only, so as not to prevent any shareholders that were intending to attend in person and who may be unable to access the online meeting at short notice. We expect to provide a further update in due course once a new date and time have been set for the 2019 Annual Meeting. We thank you for your continued support.
