Details of rescheduled Annual Meeting

23 October 2019 NZX ANNOUNCEMENT TOURISM HOLDINGS LIMITED (thl) DETAILS OF RESCHEDULED ANNUAL MEETING thl advises that, further to its announcement this morning, the 2019 Annual Meeting of shareholders of Tourism Holdings Limited, which was originally to be held today, has now been rescheduled and will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday 31 October 2019, at the offices of MinterEllisonRuddWatts at Level 20, Lumley Centre, 88 Shortland Street, Auckland Central. Shareholders will also still be able to participate in the Annual Meeting via the online platform (www.virtualmeeting.co.nz/thl2019) as an alternative to attending in person, as set out in the thl Notice of Meeting. The date of the rescheduled Annual Meeting is to allow for the resolution of the ongoing fire in the Auckland Central Business District, the timing of which is currently uncertain. All postal and online voting forms and appointments of a proxy received by the Share Registrar to date remain eligible in respect of the rescheduled Annual Meeting. Any further valid proxies or postal votes will now be accepted up until 2:00pm on Tuesday 29 October 2019, being no later than 48 hours before the time set for the rescheduled Annual Meeting. Details of how to submit proxies or postal votes is set out in the thl Notice of Meeting. Other than as described above, the details set out in the thl Notice of Meeting and proxy card, voting paper and admission card released on 20 September 2019 remain applicable, and shareholders will be able to attend and participate in the Annual Meeting virtually by an online platform as set out in those documents.
