Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Thursday, 24 October 2019 Subject: Serko Limited ("SKO") - Trading Halt of Securities Message: NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises that at the request of the issuer, it has placed a new trading halt on Serko Limited ("SKO") ordinary shares. The trading halt was put in place pre-market open this morning, replacing the trading halt that was applied at 1.27pm yesterday. SKO has sought the trading halt to facilitate an orderly market for its shares while it is undertaking the bookbuild component of its capital raising along with a sell down from certain shareholders (together, the "Placement"). SKO ordinary shares will remain in halt until the earlier of: o An announcement by the issuer relating to the completion of the Placement; or o Market open on the NZX on Friday, 25 October 2019.
