Notice of 2019 Annual Shareholders' Meeting Auckland, 30 October 2019: Notice is hereby given that the 2019 Annual Shareholders' Meeting of Fletcher Building Limited ("the Company") will be held on Thursday 28 November 2019 at 10.30am in the Level 4 Lounge, South Stand, Eden Park, Reimers Avenue, Kingsland, Auckland, New Zealand. The Annual Shareholders' Meeting will be a hybrid meeting where shareholders can either participate by attending in person or participate virtually via an online platform web.lumiagm.com. By using Lumi AGM, shareholders will be able to watch the meeting, vote and ask questions remotely from a smartphone, tablet or desktop device.
