Market Release | 5 November 2019 Auckland Airport confirms Board appointments Auckland Airport confirms that Elizabeth Savage has joined its Board as an independent non-executive director after her nomination was approved by shareholders at the Annual Meeting held on 23 October 2019. Ms Savage has filled the vacancy created by the retirement from the Board of Brett Godfrey. The Board determined that Ms Savage is an independent director as prescribed in the NZX Listing Rules. The appointment of Christine Spring as an independent non-executive director to the Board was also approved at the Annual Meeting. Ms Spring joined the Board on 23 October 2014.
