Amended – Issue of shares

5 November 2019 Issue of Shares following payment in full on exercise of an option to subscribe for shares (Updated Allotment Notice - using current template) The directors of Promisia Integrative Limited advise that a total of 250,000,000 new shares have been issued by the company today to the Brankin Trust following the completion of payments to exercise an option to subscribe for shares. This transaction was approved by shareholders on 4 December 2018 and the decision by Brankin Trust to exercise its option was advised to the market on 22 January 2019. Brankin Trust has made progressive payments to the company over the last 10 months and the sum of $250,000 is now paid in full and the shares can be issued as fully paid. The directors thank the Brankin Trust for its support and the provision of funding as the company awaits resolution of its prosecution by the Ministry of Health.
