Datagate Innovation Share Issue – Closed and Oversubscribed

Enprise Group increases Datagate holding AUCKLAND, 18 November 2019 - Enprise Group (NZX: ENS) has paid NZ$176,001 to participate in a Datagate Innovation rights issue. Enprise Group participated in an over-subscribed NZ$500,000 capital raise for Datagate, which raised NZ$1,010,741. Enprise took up its pro rata share of the rights issue investing $176,001 for 92,632 shares. Datagate is a cloud telecommunications billing solution for managed service providers (MSPs). As Datagate has accepted over subscriptions, Enprise Group's share of Datagate has reduced to 33.50%. If Enprise Group's 1,858,107 shares in Datagate were valued at the November 2019 rights issue price of $1.90 per share, the value of the investment would be $3,530,403.
