Opening of Retail Offer

Investore Property Limited (Investore) is pleased to announce the opening of its $15 million retail offer which forms part of its $80 million capital raising announced on 19 November 2019. Investore has the ability to accept oversubscriptions of up to $5 million at its discretion. Eligible shareholders will receive their personalised application forms to apply for up to a maximum of $50,000 of new shares per shareholder at an issue price of $1.75 per new share (being the same issue price as the Placement undertaken on 19 November 2019). Shareholders can apply online at www.shareoffer.co.nz/investore until 5.00pm (NZT) on 4 December 2019. The Retail Offer Document will be sent to eligible shareholders today and can be found at www.shareoffer.co.nz/investore.
