Green Cross Health – Board Changes

26 November 2019 Green Cross Health (NZX: GXH) Announcement - Board Changes Green Cross Health announces the following changes to the board effective 2nd December. The retirement of Dr Tony Edwards as an Independent Director of the Company has been received and accepted by the Board. Tony will continue as a Partner with Green Cross Health, as a significant shareholder in The Doctors Napier, as well commencing an advisory role specifically focused on the Medical Divisions growth and wider industry initiatives. Tony has helped Green Cross Health in developing and growing its Medical Division since first acquiring the Radius Medical business and we thank him for those efforts. Mr Kim Ellis has been appointed to the board as an Independent Director of the Company and Board Chair. Kim is a highly experienced director and CEO with a number of directorships including Metlifecare, Freightways and Port of Tauranga. We wish Kim all the best in his role at Green Cross Health. The undersigned will step down as Chair of the company and continue as Non-Executive Director of Green Cross Health.
