Kilimanjaro Put Option Exercise Notice Received

Put Option Exercise Notice from Kilimanjaro Shareholders Enprise Group Limited (NZX : ENS) is pleased to advise the market that it has received an option to exercise the put option as per the deed dated 29 August 2017 and approved at the shareholders meeting on 27 October 2017. The directors have agreed to accept the put effective 1 January 2020 and will therefore take 100% ownership of Kilimanjaro Consulting Pty Limited from that date. ENS will issue 2,854,650 new shares in consideration for the additional 52.91%. The shared strategy of the two companies is to benefit clients by applying the best processes, procedures and systems from each organisation to create the most efficient delivery of services. The acquisition will enable further specialisation with MYOB Advanced and therefore increase the addressable market for both companies. Enprise and Kilimanjaro teams already have a history of working constructively together on the delivery of selected customer projects.
